Alban Berg wrote his set of songs, Jugendlieder, in the first decade of the 20th Century. This album is comrised of 23 songs from this group of works.

Soprano Sure Eloff began her vocal studies in Cape Town, South Africa. In the United States she graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, followed by a Fellowship Diploma in Singing from Trinity College in London.

Ms. Eloff specializes in concert and chamber music.
