Editor's info:
The sublime reflection of a human being faced with his own finitude and what comes afterwards, Mozart’s Requiem reaches beyond the realm of music to attain universal resonance. Raphaël Pichon’s interpretation of this testamentary work, nurtured by a seminal experience with stage director Romeo Castellucci and punctuated by earlier sacred pieces of Mozart, is overwhelmingly moving.
At the beginning with the cheerful song of Boy Soprano. Normally "In Paradism" is the usual way to start the festivals of the dead but here, it is a role to celebrate life. As you interrupt this beautiful song, the quad of the quad quote, "Oh, the steps of our life are too short! And "Miserele Me" to enter the Leuem main series (Luheim main series is based on the Juseyer version that was most close to the composer. At the beginning of the main volume, the little nuances of a wind instrument (bassett horn and fagotto), and the pronunciation of every voice musical instrument that speaks each and every thing, you will feel the thoughts of this work. The singing of the singles is also great (especially the clarity of the Soprano in fans), the dragging and life-like expression of La Crimosa and the Amen followed by the voice depiction only 16 points and the Mozart brush plays uncompletely).
Pichon and Pigmarion was responsible for music in a stage work with Requiem playing and dancing elements from Romeo Castelch, also referred to as "Stage Poets" (performed at the 2019 Ecsan Provence Music Festival) This experience is big for the Pichon and is a play that feels just like their blood flesh The song also allows Mozart to follow the tracks written on Requiem while interacting with and remembering his work of the past. Mozart has already been working for nearly 30 years in mid-30 cars. In order to convey the darkness of the human heart, an orchestra instrument (beauty of the string instrument drawn from the direction of Pichon and the impressive reminder of the declaration of the death of Timpani is overwhelmingly impression). A great reminder of the Ni Minor is connected to the darkness of Don Giovanni and the Queen of the Night. The original Requiem series is played alone, and the music has been reproduced to exhibit the essence of the work to be lively and beautifully, and the songs that have been added to make Mozart feel more concentrated and humanity, saving and various elements released.

Pygmalion, Pichon’s period orchestra and choir, are incisive, spirited, and exact, both in intonation and diction….Beautifully recorded in Namur’s Grand Manège concert hall, this a memorable and enthralling take on a sometimes over-familiar work. A real breath of fresh air.
