Podczas sesji nagraniowych „Recording in Progress” publiczność miała możliwość oglądania Harvey i jej zespołu i producentów (Flood i John Parish) przy pracy, w specjalnie wybudowanym studiu.

PJ Harvey has announced her new album, The Hope Six Demolition Project. The follow-up to 2011's Let England Shake will be released on April 15 on Island Records. Watch a new trailer for the album below. Directed by Seamus Murphy, it features the songs "The Community of Hope" and "The Wheel." Also find the tracklist and album cover below. The first single, "The Wheel", premiered today on Steve Lamacq's show on BBC Radio 6 Music.

The Hope Six Demolition Project was created in sessions open to the public as part of a London museum exhibition last year. While writing the songs (as well as her poetry book The Hollow of the Hand), Harvey traveled to Kosovo, Afghanistan, and Washington D.C. with photographer/filmmaker Seamus Murphy.

Last fall, she debuted 10 new songs as part of a multimedia show in London with Murphy.
