Stian Westerhus, norweski gitarzysta, szerokiej publiczności znany ze współpracy z zespołami Jaga Jazzist i Puma czy Nilsem Petterem Molvaerem, od kilku już lat rozwija swój artystyczny język występując i nagrywając solo. Jego koncerty na najbardziej progresywnych festiwalach, otwierających nowe pola we współczesnej muzyce (Supersonic Festival - Birmingham, GAS Festival – Gothenburg, ElbJazz - Hamburg, Molde Jazz Festival, Guelph Jazz Festival) sprawiły, że uznawany jest za jednego z największych innowatorów współczesnej muzyki. Współpraca m.in. z Fenneszem, SUPERSILENT, Mają Ratkje czy Terje Isungsetem ugruntowała jego pozycję na scenie nowej muzyki.
Najnowsza płyta nagrana z norweską wokalistką - Sidsel Endresen jest zapisem koncertu na Nattjazz Festival w Bergen. Rezultatem jest przepiękny i niepowtarzalny świat dźwięków uchwycony na żywo, świadoma rezygnacja ze statycznego języka, którym dwójka muzyków posługuje się od lat, dodaje nagraniu dodatkowej wartości, jest to muzyka, która oddziałuje zarówno intelektualnie, jak i afektywnie i cieleśnie.
