Katia & Marielle Labeque are known for the fusion and duet energy, supporting both the classical repertoire and the contemporary creation. Composer Philip Glass, whose music occupies a special place with the duo, chose to adapt for them his opera Les Enfants Terribles in a suite for piano duet, entrusting the adaptation to longtime collaborator/arranger, Michael Riesman. The album shows the work of Jean Cocteau and Philip Glass confronting each other.
