Editor's info:
With its first two releases featuring chamber music by Georg Philipp Telemann MDG discovered 'addictive potential' (FonoForum). Contemporaries of the great baroque composers must have felt just the same way - because Telemann certainly did not write for the trunk. The concertos, overtures, and sonatas on Vol. 3 owe their existence to his incredible creative genius.
