The repertoire includes well-known jazz standards and ballads and compositions by Vinding and Dahl - and a wonderful rendition of an old Danish song. First of all the three musicians constitute a trio - one single organism - with tremendous intensity, energy and vigour. This trio is not merely a pianist, a bass player and a drummer, it's one unit - one mind - which is ready and willing to concentrate fully on the music in an attempt to find its essence.
