Na swym szóstym kompakcie muzycy zaprezentowali zwartą retrospekcję z prawie 20-letniej kariery zespołu. Za trafność działań i maestrię wykonań spotkało ich wiele zaszczytnych wyróżnień. Teraz przypomnieli takie szlagiery jak 'Jalousie' i 'La cumparsita', oraz kilka kompozycji Astora Piazzolli. Niekwestionowana perfekcja, lecz w sferze inwencji pewien niedosyt, gdy porównać ich z podobnymi grupami z Argentyny...'

On their sixth recording, the four members of Quartango present a retrospective of their two-decade career, with 12 new interpretations of favourite pieces that have delighted their many audiences over the years. On the program: fast-paced milongas and original compositions, Angel Villoldo's celebrated El Choclo, the classics La Cumparsita and Jalousie, and two of Astor Piazzolla's most beautiful pieces. And, by popular request, an exquisite rendition of Gabriel's Oboe by Ennio Morricone.
