ODD, sometimes known as ODD Jazz Group, were the winners of the Grand Prix du Jazz at last year's Festival International de Jazz de Montreal. In addition to a cash prize and major press recognition, the group were also awarded studio time, with the ensuing recording issued by Montreal's own Justin Time Records. Comprised of four members (alto sax, Fender Rhodes, bass and drums), the group is young, energetic and great live. They'll perform twice during this year's Festival, where you can hear for yourself what everyone's talking about!
