The young Italian bassist Giuseppe Millaci, while pursuing an activity as a sideman, introduces today his first project as a leader, the ‘Vogue Trio’ and his album ‘Songbook’ (out on September 29, 2017 on the new indie label ‘Hypnote Records’). This first album is a collection of original compositions, making use of the sounds of blues, poetic melodies and rock rhythms. A music filled with sensitivity, space and elegance with the big acoustic sound. The trio is made complete with French pianist Amaury Faye, a talented soloist and improviser, not to mention Lionel Beuvens’ finesse in his drumming.
