"Trębaczka Susana Santos Silva stała się w ciągu kilku ostatnich lat jednym z najważniejszych ambasadorów portugalskiego jazzu i muzyki improwizowanej we współczesnym świecie. Koncertuje i nagrywa z Joe Morrisem, Matsem Gustafssonem, Fredem Frithem, Christine Wodrascką, Matem Manerim, Craigiem Tabornem, Thomasem Morganem i Tomem Chantem, by wymienić tylko kilka. Jednak ten kwintet to zupełnie niezwykłe połączenie doświadczenia i energii młodości, rutyny i ekscytacji, nostalgii i furii. Jak sama Silva mówi to "błogosławieństwo i uroda nietrwałości, w moim życiu, w świecie i we wszystkich rzeczach, które są". I kto wie, czy nie są to najlepsze słowa opisujące muzykę zespołu, będącą ciągłym, nieprzerwanym, zamkniętym jednak w dwóch stosunkowo długich improwizacjach aktem kreacji. Aktem jednorazowym, który swój rytm zyskuje dzięki kolejnym odsłuchaniom i powrotom do muzyki zaklętej na kompaktowym krążku.

Santos Silva z Lotte Anker, Stenem Sandellem, Torbjornem Zetterbergiem i Jonem Fältem poszukuje tu szczerości wypowiedzi, wcale jednak nie bolesnej, muzyki oddającej w improwizacji "spokojny stan bycia, niespiesznego ale i niespokojnego, próbujący pilnie i z dużą intensywnością odtworzyć mapę współczesnego życia" (Susana Santos Silva). Brzmi intrygująco? Nie przegapcie tego świetnego nagrania!"
